What an enquiry-first booking means

Sending a request begins a conversation. Here is what to share, what to check, and why a request is not yet a confirmed reservation.

Tell us what you have in mind

Share your preferred dates, group size, destination interests and the questions that matter to you. It is fine to enquire before you have a finished itinerary.

Use the general enquiry form for a custom idea or a journey inspired by a sample preview. Sample routes are clearly labelled and cannot be booked through the website.

Understand what your request does

An enquiry or booking request creates a record for the team to review. It does not take payment, hold inventory or guarantee availability.

Keep the reference shown after submission. Sign in before submitting if you want to see the request in your account.

Review the written details

Before making a commitment, ask for the proposed dates, itinerary, total price, inclusions, exclusions and applicable terms. Clarify anything that differs from your original request.

Illustrative prices on sample previews are not quotes. Use the written details supplied for your actual proposed journey.

Keep the conversation connected

Use your request reference when following up and mention changes to your dates or group size. If you submitted while signed in, your account shows the current request status.

This website does not collect online payments. Availability, confirmation and any payment arrangements are handled after staff review.
